Biographical Sketch

Dr. Mark Kassel's areas of expertise include addiction, mood disorders, diversity issues, stress, anxiety, and addiction. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Illinois and did his doctoral work at the Adler School of Professional Psychology

Q: Please describe your teaching philosophy.

A: I believe that learning is an interactive and dynamic process that requires collaboration between the student and the instructor, and that maximizing the classroom experience requires vigilant efforts on the instructors part to bring the material to life for the students.
