The Chicago School of Professional Psychology
offers master’s degrees in Industrial/Organizational
(I/O) Psychology, which prepare students for successful
careers in one of the fastest growing fields of
professional psychology. Through its unique distance-learning
format, The Chicago School equips students with

Students enrolled in our I/O Psychology program
can earn a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology degree with one of four specializations:

Student Outcomes
The Industrial/Organizational Psychology program
at The Chicago School is suitable for a

Students enrolled in our I/O Psychology program

Time Commitment
We understand the full-time commitments of
working professionals and have created unique
and innovative programs with this in
mind. Our ExCEL (Executive Career Enhancement
and Leadership) programs are accelerated, flexible
options for obtaining your advanced degree while
balancing career demands and other obligations.
- An M.A. can be earned in as little as 20
months
- Students will take approximately 10 hours
per week to complete their studies
- A certificate can be earned in as little
as five months
Admission Requirements

- Official transcripts (bachelor’s degree through
your current highest level of education)
- Statement of Purpose
- Proficiency in current Internet and computer
technology
- Current resume (five or more years of post-baccalaureate
work experience is generally required; exceptions
may be made after consultation with the program
of study)
