EOE 721 Competitive Compensation and Benefits Systems

EOE 722 Development and Deployment of Employee Surveys
This course offers an overview on how to create effective surveys to measure and implement organizational performance improvement initiatives.
EOE 723 Production Labor Relations
Students will explore the role of collective bargaining in building strong organizations and covers topics including applicable legislation, responsibilities around negotiations and contract adherence, managing multiple bargaining units, and partnering with bargaining unit representatives to make corporate initiatives successful.
