psychology was used to develop this workplace diversity
training program. This dedication to the area of

School's long history of success. Our certificate
program is especially tailored to students seeking
to acquire skills directly related
to their current professional challenges.
Student Profile
While open to anyone holding a bachelor's degree
in any discipline, The Chicago School's Workplace
Diversity Certificate is designed for managers
and human resource professionals who want to increase
their awareness about the meaning of diversity
and understanding its impact in the workplace. Such professionals include:
- Affirmative action officers
- Compliance coordinators
- EEO managers
- Immigration rights attorneys
- Diversity training managers
Student Commitment
This certificate program can also be completed
as part of a 20-month Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology degree.
- Distance learning sessions are eight weeks in duration.
- Workplace diversity training courses may be
taken individually, as well as part of the certificate
program.
- Certificate program studies may be completed
in as little as five months.
- Students should estimate approximately 10
hours per week to complete their studies.
